Niagara Shuffle is tremendously organized, always on top of bookings, and incredibly accommodating. Whenever I try to book a ride, cancel a ride, or simply check availability they respond within 24 hours if not right away. The vehicle is comfortable, spacious, and highway safe! There has never been a time when I have felt unsafe during my trips, despite the unpredictable weather conditions that come with Canadian winters. Paul is a fantastic driver and always ensures his passengers get where they need to go safely, and as efficiently as possible!
